Nudibranch Field Sampling
We have a new initiative to develop community science tools for exploring the intertidal zone in your backyard! Led by Researcher Lorena Munoz, we will host a series of "BioBlitz" activity days at local rocky beaches in Orange County and Los Angeles County during Summer 2022. Perfect for families, students, and community members of all ages and backgrounds! No experience needed. We will teach you how to look for sea slugs in the intertidal zone and contribute the data for use in real scientific research, as well as how to use iNaturalist.
